Prices & Payment

We are doing our best to keep the Brussels Games prices as low as possible so that everybody can participate.

'Early registration discount' of 20% for the sports competitions if you register AND pay before 20 July.

Brussels Games Party-with magnificent Show (Saturday) = 10€ presale - 12€ at the door
Luxurious Brunch (Sunday) = 20€
Guided Gay Tour of Brussels (Sunday) = free but advance reservation required
Hosted Housing - free for participants traveling from abroad

Payments should be done by Bank Transfer (bank details below) OR via paypal. IF you pay via paypal, the costs of this transaction are at your charge.

Brussels Gay Sports (BGS) members register via the Members area of the BGS site http://members.bgs.org/registration.php (access with your email & password OR via the link in the BGS newsletters)
Participants not member of BGS use this link http://brusselsgames.bgs.org/online_registration.html

Fill out the details asked on the first page + click Next.
This will automatically create your account so that you can modify your registration afterwards.
Note: your e-mail will be your login (use a different e-mail address per participant, this is important for the hosted housing!)
Choose your activity on the next page + click Next.
Select any other activities you would like to add: PARTY, BRUNCH, GUIDED TOUR, HOSTED HOUSING and add any remarks + click Next. If you’re a non-competitive guest who, just cross out the box “sports” (but register if you want to apply for hosted housing)
At this stage you can either modify your registration (= click Modify), OR you can add another person in the same registration if you will pay the whole order/registration together (= click ADD and follow steps 1 to 3).
Note: once you have confirmed your registration, you can not delete any products anymore.
You will receive an automatic confirmation in your inbox (also check your spam-box) containing payment instructions. Once you have paid, you registration is complete. (Remember: no pay = no play)

I want to change my registration?

You can always access your registration with your email & password via http://members.bgs.org/registration.php (both BGS members and non-BGS participants) and you will reach the second step of the procedure described above.
This is ONLY possible till the closing date of the registration. After this date only the tournament coordinators can change your registration - in exceptional cases.
You can also add more Party or Brunch tickets to your registration. Of course they will only be granted once you paid the additional amount due.

I want to buy tickets for the party or brunch (but no sports)

Around August 20 we’ll open a special registration page for the party and brunch for everyone from Brussels : http://brusselsgames.bgs.org/party_online.html
For the non-competitive guests who need hosted housing with their partner, follow these instructions:

You can buy extra tickets for the party, or brunch, or gay city tour via the same online registration form. Simply do not select a sports in the form, but only the requested tickets.

Of course you'll only be granted the extra tickets or places once you paid the additional mount due

Bank transfers from my country are expensive

All EU countries are now member of the SEPA zone (Single European Payment Area) and bank transfers cost the same as within one country. So there are no more prohibitive extra charges (e.g. like was the case in UK). In exceptional cases we can negotiate alternative payments such as paypal (with credit card) - the costs for this payment method will be at your charge.

I want to cancel my registration

According to the registration terms and conditions you will only be reimbursed for a specific percentage of your registration fee according to the date you cancelled. Contact brusselsgames@brusselsgames.be to cancel.
