We are looking for volunteers
Contribute to the Brussels Games and be part of the fun!
We have started preparations for the Brussels Games and we're looking for many helping hands. Fill out the Volunteering form and receive a free ticket for the Brussels Games party!
There's many things to do:
- helping out with the organisation behind the scenes: sponsoring, coordination, etc.
- making publicity for the Brussels Games & the Party: handing out flyers, hanging up posters, etc.
- preparing welcome packs, participants' badges, setting up venues,...
- we need one or more photographers to document the tournament, party,...
- tournamant support: check-in, distributing water, lunch tickets, hall responsible, etc...
- party people for: serving drinks, bar, entrance, etc
If you have some time to spare during August and the beginning of September (just a few hours here and there) or during the tournament itself to help with some of the key posts, that would be a big help!
- Fill out the volunteering form to indicate your preferred tasks.
- You will receive an automatic confirmation and the people in charge will contact you once the tournament is coming closer with more concrete cooperation proposals.
