Welcome Party

The City of Brussels has the honor of welcoming us continuously (from 18:00 to 22:00) in the lobby of the City Council Chamber on the 8th floor of Brucity (the new administrative center), which offers an unbeatable panoramic view of the capital.

Starting at 18:00, tournament participants will be able to:

• Register;
• Receive their welcome pack which includes the tournament documents;
• Collect their ticket(s) for the tournament lunch and the evening event.

The Mayor of the City of Brussels, Mr. Philippe Close, will honor us with his presence during this welcome evening and will deliver a welcome speech at around 18:45.

It’s also the perfect opportunity to meet your host or hostess (if you are staying with a local resident). However, be sure to contact them in advance to confirm their availability.

During the welcome evening, all badminton tournament participants and volunteers will receive two free drinks.

Not participating in the tournament? No problem.

>>> Anyone with a ticket for the BGS evening (purchased online or at Brucity) will get one free drink during the welcome evening.

As you can see, this welcome event will undoubtedly be a convivial moment where you can meet the BGS members (across all sports) as well as the other tournament participants. Everyone will be there!
