Hotel accommodation

We've made an agreement with and got preferential rates for some rooms at the Thon Hotel EU (Schuman area).

Should the hotel be fully booked by the time you try booking your room, please get in touch with Alice (alice.cojocaru@thonhotels.be) as Thon will then allocate us rooms at the Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie.

Thon Hotel EU conditions summary

2 nights: 6-7 Septembre 2024

• €120 per room per night for single occupancy in a classic room (= €240 for the 2 nights).
• €145 per room per night for double occupancy in a classic room (= €290 for the 2 nights).

Terms and conditions

• Breakfast included.
• Discounted rates are available until 16 August 2024. After this deadline and outside the mentioned event dates, the rates are subject to availability.
• All the above rates include breakfast, service and VAT, as well as free access to the fitness and sauna.
• The City tax of €4.24 per room, per night is not included in the room rate.
• Please be aware that the number of rooms is limited. To confirm your reservation, a full prepayment is required upon reservation.
• You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 working days (16:00) prior to the arrival date by contacting the hotel (by email).
• In case of no-show, late cancellation or early departure, no refund will be granted according to the cancellation policy.
• Early check-in / late check out is possible upon request and availability (additional charge may apply).
