Volleyball
We are back in Brussels!
The registration for the volleyball tournament is open to men and mixed teams of 6 players at 5 levels: A, B+, B-, C+ and C-. Categories can be modified according to the number of teams registered.
If you are a single player without a team, we will find one for you whenever it is possible.
Registration
Team captains are required to register first and create a team. Teammates can then register individually selecting the team from the dropdown menu.
Single players without a team select ‘No Team’ from the dropdown menu.
Check-in
Check-in and accrediation of teams will be at the Welcome Event on Friday evening, or alternatively BEFORE 8:45 am on Saturday, directly at the venue.
Teams and individual players that did not register before 8:45 am the day of the tournament may be excluded from the competition!
The day of the tournament
The tournament will be played on Saturday between 8:30 am and 6:30:
- 8:30 am: doors open
- 9:00 am: warm-up, captains' meeting
- 9:30 am: competition start
- 6:00 pm or at the end of the competition: medal ceremony

When?
Saturday 8:30 am - 5 pm (check-in on the day of the tournament is possible BEFORE 8:15 am pm, if you couldn't make it on Friday evening)

We advise the players of Level A and B to take the bus 34 (stop Arsenal) to go to the VUB fields to play the final and join the 'cool down'.

Price
- Admission fee (*): 25 €
- Brunch: 20 €
- BGS Party: 10 € (12 € at the entrance)
(*) You will benefit from an automatic 20% discount if you register AND pay BEFORE July 21st! Are included in the price: participation in tournament, a bottle of water, fruits & snacks, a sandwich meal, 'cool down' in the swimming pool and guided tour through Brussels (booking is required). Hosted housing is free for visitors from abroad.
