Welcome Party

We are very pleased to welcome you, as previous years, in the ancient halls of the Saint-Géry market. This architectural gem is now used as a center for exhibitions and concerts. You will therefore be able to enjoy the building, its exhibits and the vibrations of the resident DJ of the night.

As of 7 pm, the participants of the tournament will be able to:

• Sign up for their events;
• Receive their welcome pack, as well as other documents of the tournament;
• Receive their ticket(s) for the party and the brunch, as well as order others.

This is also the ideal place to make contact with your host or hostess. Nonetheless, make sure to contact them prior, in order to confirm the time of your meeting.

The welcome evening is also a friendly place where some snacks will be made available to the participants. A bar fully stocked with drinks and local beer will be waiting for you in order to start your weekend the right way!
